Stainless Steel Bioreactor
Stainless steel bioreactors have much more powerful performance and capacity than the benchtop type, which makes them a perfect choice as a pilot-scale bioreactor and fermenter.
On the basis of standard controllers, we provide controllers with different functions for animal/plant cell culture. At the same time, they all have following universal features.
Ph Control
Adding acid or alkali fluids by peristaltic pumps to alter and balance the Ph value so as to get the expected results.
Temperature
A heating insulation jacket and the heating and cooling functions of the control are together to help the temperature control.
DO Control
The rotameters can manually control the air input by one or four ways gas inlet and thus change the DO ratio by the agitator.
Material
The glass is all made of 3.3 high borosilicate glass and the steel is premium SS304 (optional SS316L) stainless steel.
CIP Station
Clean In Place
The BR500 series system offers advanced CIP solutions. The culture vessel is prepared with CIP interface. The mobile CIP cleaning station has its own control system, allowing the operator to selectively, effectively, repeatedly and automatically clean the system, including fermentation tanks, piping and valves etc.
Upgrade to Industrial Bioreactors
Our optional upgrade offers multi-stage and multi-parallel types for both glass type and stainless steel types. Besides that, the stainless steel bioreactors can be customized to a max of 400 tons volume for the industrial application. Almost all parts can be customized according to your requirements, and we will make a special cascade design based on your conditions and situations.
