We have upgraded the glass cold trap to a brand new stainless steel cold trap now.

​

The glass cold trap uses one layer for the chilling effect, while stainless steel one adopts two layers to make the fluids chill at a double rate by largely increasing the condensing area.

​

To realize that, the stainless steel one employs dry ice or stainless steel chilling coil(with a chiller), contributing to a drastically elevated efficiency.

Distillation Head

  • Newly re-designed distillation head with larger vacuum jacket for less heat loss during distillation, increased internal diameter for more efficient evaporation.

 

Receiving Flask

  • Using receiving flask with valves instead of 1-to-1 or 1-to-3 flask, which guarantees the vacuum environment and realizes continuous discharge.

 

Thermowell

  • Using thermowell instead of screw adapter, ensuring no gas leakage.

 

Stainless Steel Bellows and Clamps

  • Using KF25 flange and flexible stainless steel vacuum bellows instead of barb adapter and silicone hose, for a better vacuum environment.

  • All calmps are made of stainless steel
