Three-zone thermal shock chamber has three chambers: a high temperature chamber, a chamber for placing samples, and a low temperature chamber. When testing high temperature, the door high temperature chamber is opened, and the door of low temperature chamber is closed. When testing low temperature, the door of high temperature chamber is closed, and the door of low temperature chamber is opened. Unlike the two-zone thermal shock chamber, the product does not move during the test.

Two-zone Thermal Shock Chamber

The two-zone thermal shock chamber consists of two chambers: a high temperature chamber and a low temperature chamber, with a hanging basket in the middle. During the test, the sample is placed in the hanging basket. When doing a high temperature test, the hanging basket is lifted to the high temperature chamber, and vice versa for a low temperature test.

Thermal Shock Chamber

LAB1ST thermal shock chambers are designed to simulate rapid and extreme temperature changes, enabling accurate and reliable testing of materials and components under harsh environmental conditions. These chambers are essential for evaluating the durability and performance of products across various industries, including electronics, automotive, aerospace, and materials science.
