The FDS-L Series is our flagship industrial fractional distillation system, engineered for high-throughput, high-purity separation in pharmaceutical, petrochemical, and specialty chemical industries.

As a complete fractional distillation equipment solution, the FDS-L Series is available in capacities from 50 L to 1000 L or larger. Its customizable columns, packing materials, process controls, and auxiliary systems allow the fractional distillation apparatus to be configured for demanding industrial separation requirements.

Material Safety: SUS316 stainless steel and PTFE wetted parts provide excellent chemical compatibility for demanding industrial applications.

Industrial Fractionating Column: Column diameters range from 2" to 12", with standard sections available in 3' or 4' lengths and approximately 15 theoretical plates per section.

Flexible Column Configuration: Column lengths, types, and packing materials can be customized according to throughput, material properties, and target purity.

High-Quality Weld Finishing: Fine-ground welds are provided as standard. Mechanical polishing and electropolishing are available for high-purity and pharmaceutical applications.

Advanced Process Control: Siemens PLC with touchscreen HMI enables full automation of critical parameters

Optimized Thermal Design: The boiling vessel includes an insulation layer, while the columns feature electrically heated insulation jackets for stable process temperature control.
