The SR500-FK is engineered to simplify crystallization workflows by combining chemical reaction, crystal formation, solid-liquid separation, and mother liquor recovery within a single integrated platform. The built-in filter plate eliminates the need for transferring material between separate vessels, minimizing contamination risk and improving product yield.

Designed for chemical, pharmaceutical, fine chemical, and materials processing applications, the system utilizes a jacketed stainless steel vessel with an insulation layer for precise heating and cooling control. A dedicated collection vessel beside the filter section enables efficient filtrate recovery under vacuum conditions, improving process efficiency and reducing solvent consumption.

Constructed from corrosion-resistant SUS304 stainless steel and premium sealing materials including PTFE, FFKM, and PPL, the SR500-FK delivers excellent chemical compatibility, reliable sealing performance, and long-term durability in demanding process environments.
