2. Optionale Steuerungssysteme

Für alle Produktionslinien stehen Ihnen mehrere Steuerungssysteme zur Auswahl, beispielsweise manuelle Steuerung, pneumatisches Steuerungssystem und SPS-Steuerung.

Option 1: Pneumatisches Steuerungssystem

The integrated pneumatic control system controls the start and stops of all the valves and pumps, which you can easily control the flow of liquid (material). You only need 1 to 3 operators in front of the pneumatic control panel, lowering manpower cost.

Option 2: PLC Control System

Im Vergleich zum pneumatischen Steuerungssystem verfügt das SPS-Steuerungssystem über einen stärkeren Automatisierungsgrad mit den folgenden herausragenden Funktionen:

Verriegelungsfunktion für Flüssigkeitsstand, Zeit, Vakuumgrad (Druck) und Temperatur.
Überschreitungsalarm für Temperatur, Druck, Flüssigkeitsstand usw.
Steuerfunktion zum Starten und Stoppen von Ventilen und Pumpen (ähnlich einem pneumatischen Steuersystem).
