Working Principle

Two stages take the feed from liquid inlet to separated concentrate and vapor, in a single continuous pass.

  • Under differential pressure, the liquid feed is drawn into the tubular evaporator and evenly distributed into the tube bundle through an integrated liquid distributor.

  • The liquid flows downward along the heated tube walls under gravity, forming a thin and continuously renewed film that maximizes heat transfer surface contact.

  • Heat is transferred through the tube wall from the heating medium, rapidly vaporizing the volatile componentsduring the short residence time while minimizing thermal exposure.

  • The concentrated liquid is collected in the buffer tank, while entrained droplets are separated by the cyclone gas-liquid separator through gravity and centrifugal separation before the vapor enters the condenser.
