Product Overview

The FDG-J Series is a high-performance pilot-scale fractional distillation system designed for process scale-up, pilot trials, and small-batch production.
With capacities from 1 L to 200 L, this fractional distillation equipment combines pilot-scale processing capability with laboratory-level precision. Its jacketed heating system, customizable column configurations, and flexible vacuum or atmospheric operation make it suitable for different fractional separation requirements.

Jacketed Heating System: Features a fluid-circulating jacket for uniform heating, RT to 250℃ (usually ≤200℃).

Packing Versatility: Compatible with θ-rings, Raschig rings, structured packings, and other advanced fillings.
Flexible Distillation Setup: Supports both atmospheric and vacuum distillation (≤50Pa), suitable for heat-sensitive materials (e.g., vitamins, essential oils).
High Chemical Compatibility: Borosilicate 3.3 glass + PTFE components withstand acids/alkalies/organic solvents
Visual Process Monitoring: Visual Process Monitoring: The transparent borosilicate glass design allows real-time observation of vapor-liquid flow and packing conditions during the fractional distillation process.
Efficient Mixing: High-torque AC motor with PTFE impellers and digital speed control prevents bumping.
Easy Cleaning: Discharge valve with no-dead-space design ensures no residue.
