For all production lines, you have multiple choices for the control system, like manual control, pneumatic control system, and PLC control.

The integrated pneumatic control system controls the start and stops of all the valves and pumps, which you can easily control the flow of liquid (material). You only need 1 to 3 operators in front of the pneumatic control panel, lowering manpower cost.

Option 2: PLC Control System

Compared with the pneumatic control system, PLC control system has more automation with the following prominent functions:

Interlock function for liquid level, time, vacuum degree (pressure), and temperature.
Over-limit alarm for temperature, pressure, liquid level, etc.
Control function for valve and pump start and stop (similar to pneumatic control system).
