Product Overview
-
LAB1ST glass-type wiped film evaporator, also known as a thin-film evaporator, is designed for efficient separation and concentration of volatile components from heat-sensitive, viscous, and fouling mixtures. Its high-vacuum operation lowers the boiling point, enabling gentle low-temperature evaporation, while the high-speed rotating PTFE wipers create a uniform thin film for rapid heat transfer, short residence times, and reduced thermal degradation.
-
With a customizable evaporation area of 0.1–0.35 m² and a reliable magnetic sealing system for maintaining high vacuum, the unit offers flexible and efficient processing for a wide range of applications.

Key Features

High-Vacuum System
The main evaporator wiper uses a magnetic-drive seal, paired with high-vacuum valves and precision ground-glass joints to secure system vacuum and enable low-temperature evaporation

Anti-Blockage Heating Flow
Feed and discharge pipelines come standard with electrical heating-tape tracing to maintain material temperature and flowability, preventing solidification, crystallization, and line blockage

Precision Vacuum Measurement
Equipped with an RO-54 vacuum gauge, it supports multiple selectable vacuum units and delivers fast response, excellent contamination resistance, and high measurement repeatability

Precise Feed Control
The integrated peristaltic pump supports dual control modes (rpm/flow), enabling precise feed-rate control after flow calibration

High-Viscosity Handling
The PTFE wiper offers excellent chemical compatibility and low friction performance, minimizing material adhesion and wall buildup to ensure uniform film formation

Continuous Discharge
Continuous collection valves with glass receivers allow collection flasks to be replaced and product to be discharged without interrupting system operation, minimizing downtime
