Product Overview

The LAB1ST FFE series falling film evaporator is a continuous concentration system designed to remove water or solvent from liquid products through a thin, downward-flowing film on heated vertical tubes. With highly efficient heat transfer, short product residence time and precisely controlled temperature, it is well suited for gentle processing of heat-sensitive and quality-critical liquids.

  • All critical parameters can be governed by PID feedback loops that continuously auto-correct to maintain the evaporation process within the defined operating window, delivering batch-to-batch consistency and stable product quality.
