Características de la torre de control
Control PID inteligente
La temperatura, la velocidad de agitación, el Ph, el OD y otros parámetros en el tanque se pueden controlar mediante el ajuste de la curva de la subsección de acuerdo con los requisitos del proceso.
Control de temperatura : Adopte el modo de control automático PID; Base de camisa SS316L para calefacción eléctrica y agua fría para refrigeración.
Control de oxígeno disuelto : equipado con electrodo de OD y conductor blindado, el OD está asociado con la velocidad del motor de agitación, la alimentación, el flujo de aire, la presión del tanque y otros parámetros.
Control del valor de PH : sistema PID inteligente con control integrado de bombas peristálticas para ajuste ácido-álcali, con alta precisión de control.
Control antiespumante : Las espumas se detectan automáticamente y se controla la bomba peristáltica para agregar antiespumante en proporción al tiempo.
Control de alimentación : Control del interruptor de la bomba peristáltica (manual, automática y apagada); control del volumen de acumulación; junto con otros parámetros (DO, pH, etc.).
Función de control múltiple
Control asociado : temperatura, velocidad de agitación, pH, oxígeno disuelto, antiespumante, flujo de aire, presión del tanque, cantidad de alimento y otros parámetros directos.
Monitoreo remoto : Adecuado para teléfonos inteligentes, tabletas, computadoras portátiles y PC para un monitoreo remoto instantáneo.
Control por pasos : los usuarios pueden cambiar directamente entre control manual y control por pasos y configurar al menos un programa de control de 10 pasos para temperatura, agitación, PH, OD y alimentación.
