  • The Falling Film Evaporator Automation Control System is built around a Siemens PLC controller + HMI architecture, integrating real-time monitoring and closed-loop control of temperature, pressure, vacuum level, and flow rate.

  • It offers seven basic functional modules — parameter setting, historical curves, pump calibration, data reporting, alarm management, and recipe storage — delivering fully automated operation with guaranteed batch consistency and full process traceability.

  • Upgradeable to 21 CFR Part 11 compliance: supporting digital records and signatures for pharmaceutical applications.
