Microbial Fermentation - O2-Enrichment

Two Gas Sources (Air & Oxygen) + Bottom Sparger

Air Supply: Manually regulated by a rotameter.
Oxygen Supply:
- Manually regulated by a rotameter.
- Automated on/off control via solenoid valve.
Gas Delivery:
- Both gas streams merge into a single line.
- Pass through a 0.2 μm sterile filter.
- Enter the vessel via a bottom-mounted ring sparger for efficient gas-liquid contact.

Cell Culture - Additive Flow

Four Gas Sources (Air, CO₂, N₂, O₂) + Dual Delivery (Overlay & Sparger)

Air Supply – Overlay (Surface Aeration)
- A split air stream is manually adjusted via a rotameter.
- Filtered through a 0.2 μm sterile filter.
- Delivered to the headspace (overlay) of the vessel.
Bottom Sparging System
- Air: Manually controlled via rotameter
- O₂, N₂, CO₂: Each gas manually adjusted via individual rotameter and flow automatically regulated by solenoid valve (on/off control)
- All four gases (Air + O₂ + N₂ + CO₂) merge into a single line and passes through a 0.2 μm sterile filter.
- Enters the vessel via a bottom ring sparger for efficient gas-liquid contact.

Equipped with an easy-to detach condenser around the air outlet, for easy cleaning, no effusion and no contaminating bacteria.
