This project is for microbial fermentation and located in Sweden. The total volume is 2.5 tons. From inquiry to completion of the whole project, Lab1st ensures every step goes on as customer expects. There are more barriers for cross-national project, but the efforts paid off. Now the machine runs very well in Sweden. Below are our basic steps of the whole project.

In the early stage, our sales and engineering teams had many phone calls and video conferences with our clients to discuss every detail. After confirming their requirements, our senior engineer team started to make electrical schematic diagram, PID drawings, 3D drawings, layouts and mechanical drawings .

Production >>>
In this project, it includes 2 sets 1000L bioreactors, 1 set 500L bioreactor and other necessary accessories.
It only took took 3 months to finish the production. Every detail like polishing and wileding is meticulously crafted by our senior workers.

Quality Control >>>
Before delivery, Lab1st will carry out strict quality control over each machine including tank flaw X-ray detection, air tightness testing, sensors testing, sterilization procedure test and so forth. Furthermore, we also have relevant patents and provide related documents like, IQ, OQ, PQ, SAT, FAT…

Shipping >>>
Before shipping, each item will be carefully packed in cartons and wooden cases with bubble bag, pearl foam board stretch films and others. We also provide various shipping methods like air shipping, rail transport and sea shipping. This project was shipped to Sweden by sea, around 2 months.

Assembly >>>
For such complex machine like bioreactor system, engineers with professional experience are required. We not only provide complete online installation support such as installation instructions and installation videos, but also on-site installation services.
In this project, our installation and commissioning team flew to Sweden to assist our clients install the machine.

Completion >>>
After several times of testing, the machine runs very well at the first trial run, which is also the best result of each project. However, bringing a product from lab to market is a long-term project, Lab1st is always willing to do everything we can to assist our client to achieve this result.
