Our filtration comes with two solutions, the multiple-stage vacuum filtration system or Bucher funner vacuum filtration. They improve the filtration efficiency and save you cost simultaneously.

Multiple-Stage Filtration

Dual-Stage Filtration System

  • ​Machine body material: SS304

  • Contact parts material: SS304( optional SS316L)

  • Max throughput: 4m³/h

  • Filtration accuracy:  1 μm.

  • System components: one side-entry bag filter and one lenticular filter.

  • Suggested filtration procedures: 5μm → 1μm.

Triple-Stage Filtration System

  • ​Machine body material: SS304

  • Contact parts material: SS304( optional SS316L)

  • Max throughput: 4m³/h

  • Filtration accuracy:  1 μm.

  • System components: two side-entry bag filters and one lenticular filter.

  • Suggested filtration procedures: 10μm → 5μm → 1μm.

  • Advantages: reducing the consumption of the lenticular filter, and thus cutting down the maintenance cost

Quadruple-Stage Filtration System

  • ​Machine body material: SS304

  • Contact parts material: SS304( optional SS316L)

  • Max throughput: 4m³/h

  • Filtration accuracy:  1 μm.

  • System components: three side-entry bag filters and one lenticular filter.

  • Suggested filtration procedures: 20μm → 10μm → 5μm → 1μm.

  • Advantages: More stages can be customized according to your different accuracy requests.

  • SS304/SS316L stainless steel structure.

  • All filters (components) are fixed in the skid module, easy for delivery and assembly.

  • A portable and movable frame, fixed to a non-slip structure, friendly operation.

  • Filtration accuracy can be down to 1μm, effectively intercept fat, wax, lipid particles, etc.

Side-Entry Bag Filter

  • Mainly for coarse filtration and pre-filtration process.

  • Side entry structure: effectively save space of the filter.

  • Pressure ring and the spring: ensure a good seal between the filter and the filter bag.

  • Adjustable legs: easy to install according to the requirements of the particular spot.

Lenticular Filter

  • No dead corner and mirror polishing: no residual liquid and easy to clean.

  • Maximal install 2 filter stacks, suitable for big flow requirements.

  • Special discharge valve in the inlet/outlet: easy to drain.
