LB-193 project is for biotechnological production, which is engaged in the cultivation of industrial strains of beneficial microorganisms, scaling the technology from a test tube to an industrial volume, such as probiotic, E. coli cultures, etc. Now it’s in operation at Tomsk, Russia, a company who has 20-year experience in the development of biotechnological products.

Drawing Design
Having confirmed all customer’ needs and process operation conditions, our senior engineering team started to make electrical schematic diagram, PID drawings, 3D drawings, layouts and mechanical drawings, like tank design, pipe design and so forth.

Production
In this project, it includes 5 sets 1500L bioreactors, 1 set 200L bioreactor, 1 set 200L bioreactor, 3 sets tubular centrifuges, 7 sets supplementary tanks, 1 set viscolizer and all necessary accessories. The production lasted 6 months.

Installation
Bioreaction system is a relatively complex device. During the installation and operation of the equipment, people with certain experience are required. We not only provide complete online installation support, such as installation instructions, installation videos, etc., but also provide on-site installation services. In this project, our installation and commissioning team flew to Tomsk to help customers install and make commissioning operation. They stayed in Russia for two months.
