The SR500-EVP is a floor-standing jacketed stainless steel reactor integrating the reactor vessel, agitation assembly, oversized condenser, collection tank, and optional automation modules, enabling plug-and-play operation, rapid commissioning, and flexible customization.

Designed for solvent-intensive processes, the SR500-EVP integrates reaction, evaporation, concentration, and solvent recovery into a single compact platform. The optimized condensation system improves recovery efficiency while reducing processing time, equipment footprint, and operational complexity.

Constructed from corrosion-resistant SUS304 stainless steel and premium sealing materials including PTFE, FFKM, and PPL, the SR500-EVP delivers excellent chemical compatibility, reliable sealing performance, and long-term durability in demanding process environments.
