We have upgraded the glass cold trap to a brand new stainless steel cold trap now.

The glass cold trap uses one layer for the chilling effect, while stainless steel one adopts two layers to make the fluids chill at a double rate by largely increasing the condensing area.

To realize that, the stainless steel one employs dry ice or stainless steel chilling coil(with a chiller), contributing to a drastically elevated efficiency.

Distillation Head

Newly re-designed distillation head with larger vacuum jacket for less heat loss during distillation, increased internal diameter for more efficient evaporation.

Receiving Flask

Using receiving flask with valves instead of 1-to-1 or 1-to-3 flask, which guarantees the vacuum environment and realizes continuous discharge.

Thermowell

Using thermowell instead of screw adapter, ensuring no gas leakage.

Stainless Steel Bellows and Clamps

Using KF25 flange and flexible stainless steel vacuum bellows instead of barb adapter and silicone hose, for a better vacuum environment.
